When you acquire the BYOS skillset, it becomes a design thinking process to apply digital solutions to fulfill your needs in real-life, bit-by-bit, step-by-step. This is Action Science. It is a process of experiments and experience in iteration process. In KM terminology, it is also an effective manner to externalize tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge.
